HiveWatch Founder & CEO Ryan Schonfeld Honored as "Security Industry Innovator" for 2023 by Security Business, Security Technology Executive Magazines
Los Angeles, July 7, 2023 – HiveWatch, a physical security software company reimagining how organizations keep their people and assets safe, today announced that Founder & CEO Ryan Schonfeld has been named as one of SecurityInfoWatch.com, Security Business, and Security Technology Executive magazines’ 2023 Security Industry Innovator Award winners. Schonfeld began his career as a police officer and investigator, later working as an instructor for the U.S. Department of State's Anti-Terrorism Assistance Program. Following his service, Schonfeld worked for a leading global guarding company then led a Fortune 500 Global Security and Safety Technology Group. He later founded a consulting company, RAS Consulting & Investigations. Throughout these experiences, he realized that security needed a change. He aimed to address inefficiencies that stemmed from disparate systems and antiquated practices, so he founded HiveWatch in 2020, securing $25 million in funding to make security leaders more aware, connected, proactive, and informed.
